The Veterinary Research Institute, Lahore Cantt invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the supply of 130,000 kilograms of green fodder for the financial year 2026-27. This is a non-development procurement by the Government of Punjab with an estimated cost of Rs. 3.25 Million. The supply is required on an as-and-when-needed basis throughout the financial year 2026-27 up to June 2027, and deliveries will be made at the institute's premises in Lahore Cantt.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with the FBR Sales Tax Department, with their Sales Tax number and NTN clearly printed on technical and financial proposals. Bidders should be registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) in case of applicable services. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of CDR, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee is required to be submitted along with the technical bid. All tender documents must be unsigned/unstamped without overwriting, and bidders must submit an affidavit on verifiable stamp paper regarding non-blacklisting and authenticity of documents.
All electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 30 July 2026. The bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM at the Veterinary Research Institute premises. A single stage two envelope bidding procedure will be applied. Upon acceptance, a performance guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount will be required before the award of the supply order.
