The Military Secretary Wing at Sindh Governor's House Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply of material for repairing works during the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is PKR 8,535,000 (8.535 Million) for maintenance and repair building works at the Governor's House located in Karachi, Sindh Province. The procurement is being conducted under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (as amended) following a single-stage, one-envelope bidding methodology. The scope encompasses supply of materials required for ongoing repair and maintenance operations at this premier government establishment.
Eligible bidders must possess documentary evidence of work of equivalent cost or above executed within the last three years, along with a satisfactory completion certificate from their previous employer. Bidders are required to provide registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board (Sales Tax Registration), as well as an Income Tax return for the preceding three years. A certificate of bank credit worthiness and current bank statement are mandatory. The bid security shall be submitted as two percent of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled bank at the time of bid submission. Affidavits confirming no litigation involvement and no previous blacklisting are also required.
