Supply of Camouflaging, Conservancy and Sports Ground Items by PAF Base Murid

Pakistan Air Force Base Murid Chakwal invites sealed quotations from interested and registered Sales Tax and Income Tax registered suppliers, contractors and organisations for the supply of Natural Camouflaging Fund Items including bagging seeds, camouflage netting, saplings, necessary guidance material on plantation, lawn mower manual and electricity, shed for taping and plants, ancillary equipment and landscaping, paints or materials, insecticides, pesticides and their spraying equipment, trees, cutting grass and fertilizer bags. The tender also covers Conservancy Grant Items comprising all types of brooms, dustbins, steel and plastic brushes, mops, wipers, soft vinyl floor polish liquid and powder, lime, heel covers, roller, toilet rolls, drain opener, acid and bleach, phenyl, floor cleaner and all size garbage bags. Sports Ground Items required include earth flag and levelling equipment, sports field maintenance, goal post and poles, wooden floors in squash courts, roller for levelling grounds and cricket pitches, floodlights in sports hedhouses, mesh wire around sports field and courts, cricket equipment, bats, nets, gloves, pad athletics equipment, discs, hammers, pole-vaults and javelin bag of grass. Hot weather appliances for the period 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 include water jars, winter coolers, water glasses and water jugs. Interested firms may submit sealed bids at PAF Base Murid by 31 July 2026 at 1000 hours and bids will be opened same day at 1030 hours.
