Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the provision, supply and installation of Turnstile Gates at IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Sindh. This tender is issued under reference ME/16/25-26 using a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000 and bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated contract value must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft issued in favor of IBA Karachi.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities. A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for July 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Boys Hostel, IBA Main Campus, which all interested bidders are required to attend. Bid security documents and supporting materials must be submitted both on the SPPRA EPADS portal and in original physical form delivered to the IBA office before the bid opening date. The original bid document must be duly signed and stamped by the bidder's authorized representative.
Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. The tender fee challan should be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bids must be uploaded on SPPRA EPADS by July 17, 2026 at 3:00 PM, with physical submission to IBA Karachi on the same date. Bid opening will take place on July 17, 2026 at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
