Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision, supply and installation of turnstile gates at the IBA Main Campus in Karachi, Sindh. This single-stage, one-envelope tender (Reference ME/16/25-26) is open to eligible bidders meeting all qualification criteria and registered with relevant tax authorities. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable), and a mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Boys Hostel, IBA Main Campus.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or relevant provincial tax authorities. Bid security of 2% in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft must be submitted in favor of 'IBA Karachi' along with the tender submission. All supporting documents, including copies of business registration certificates, tax clearance, and relevant qualifications, must accompany the bid. IBA Karachi reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the bidding process in accordance with the SPP Rules 2010.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. The tender fee challan must be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bids (with supporting documents) should be uploaded on SPPRA EPADS, with original bid security and signed tender documents delivered to IBA, Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before July 17, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
