Auction of Unserviceable Ordnance Stores, Vehicles and Scrap Materials by HQ FC KP (South)

HQ FC KP (South) Dera Ismail Khan announces an auction of unserviceable ordnance stores, vehicles, tyres, batteries, motor transport scrap, canvas, leather items, woolen and cotton regulations, rubber scrap, iron scrap, plastic scrap, webbing scrap, aluminium scrap and signal stores. The auction will be conducted on an as-is-and-where-is basis at HQ FC KP (South) Dera Ismail Khan New Cantt in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The auction is scheduled for 30 to 31 July 2026 from 0900 to 1500 hours daily.

All participants attending the auction must possess a valid CNIC issued by NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority). No person will be permitted to participate in the auction without valid CNIC documentation. The competent authority at HQ FC KP South reserves the right to cancel any approved lot or withdraw items without providing any reason. A deposit equivalent to 25% of the highest bid amount must be submitted to the competent authority on the spot immediately after winning a lot.

Auctioned stores must be lifted from the auction area within 15 days from the date the auction is conducted. Any remaining conditions and queries will be announced and clarified before the auction commences.
