Paktunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified consultants for construction supervision services under ADP Scheme No. 1945/260384 (2026-27). The project comprises rehabilitation and improvement of two major road corridors: Abbottabad-Nathiagali-Barian Road spanning 57.50 kilometers and Kuzagali-Ayubia-Khanspur Road spanning 6.15 kilometers. This is a significant infrastructure initiative aimed at enhancing road connectivity and safety in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province through comprehensive construction supervision and management.
Interested firms must possess valid professional registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant engineering codes and maintain active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Bidders are required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 5,000 as a non-refundable bidding entry fee. Selection will be conducted through the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with criteria specified in the Request for Proposal documents. The successful bidders shall be liable for all applicable taxes, including stamp duty, service charges, sales tax, and any other statutory levies at prevailing rates.
Interested consulting firms must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals for each assignment through the ePADS System (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 31 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Complete RFP documents and Terms of Reference (TORs) are available on the PKHA website (www.pkha.gov.pk) and the ePADS System. The Call Deposit Receipt must reach the office of the Managing Director, PKHA before the closing date and time.
