For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Multi-component road rehabilitation package across Kohistan Upper involving ~5.65km of mixed-standard works (PCC, shingle, bridge) under ADP funding.
Scale suggests medium-sized contract requiring diversified road construction capability. Notable: geographically dispersed components (five separate locations) may imply logistics complexity in mountainous terrain; extended deadline (August 2026) suggests phased or weather-dependent execution typical of KP hill projects.
Who can bid: PEC registration (civil works category) mandatory per notice. NTN/SECP registration typically required for financial standing verification under KPPRA rules. Bidders must demonstrate relevant road construction experience and satisfactory financial position; exact thresholds stated only in full bidding documents.
