PCC Roads and Infrastructure Development Packages by TMA Baffa Pakhal KPK

Tehsil Municipal Administration, Baffa Pakhal invites sealed tenders for construction and development of Portland Cement Concrete roads, sewerage lines, protection walls and allied infrastructure works across multiple packages in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The retender notice covers works under ASDI 2025-26 programme for National Assembly constituencies NA-14 and NA-15 in Baffa Pakhal and surrounding areas, with total estimated cost of approximately Rs 110 million across 72 individual schemes. Projects include PCC street construction in mohallas, road rehabilitation in villages, sewerage line installation, protection walls and pully construction distributed across packages numbered 24 through 72, serving communities in localities including Dhodial, Kulharay, Jabori, Chattar, Eid Gah and Hilkot.

Eligible bidders must be fresh registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, fresh enlisted with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and fresh registered with KPPRA Authority for the current financial year. Contractors must submit tender forms with requisite mandatory documents including BOQ duly signed and stamped, SBDs, fresh LCB registration, CNIC copy, active NTN or income tax certificate, and valid PEC license. Bid security at 2 percent of engineer's estimate is required in the form of call deposit receipt favoring the TMO. Bidders quoting 10-20 percent below estimate must submit 8 percent additional security, while those exceeding 20 percent below must submit matching additional security with detailed rate analysis.

Bidding documents and tender forms can be downloaded from the official ePADS website at https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/ after NIT publication. Contractors must register on ePADS for unique username and password to participate. Sealed bids with original tender form, bid securities and supporting documents must be delivered to the office of Tehsil Officer (Infrastructure), TMA, Baffa Pakhal before closing time through courier.
