Description / Scope of Work
This document presents the revised contract form for execution of work updated on 16 November 2022, issued by the Government of Punjab. The contract form serves as the standard template for procurement of works through the tender process across Punjab province. It establishes comprehensive guidelines for preparation and submission of tenders, evaluation criteria, general conditions of contract, and obligations of both contractors and the procuring authority. The form covers all aspects from tender preparation through contract award, including earnest money requirements, performance guarantees, quality assurance securities, and detailed specifications for work execution.
The contract document sets forth eligibility requirements for tenderers, including submission of bid security, provision of necessary licenses and registrations, and compliance with statutory obligations.
