DHQ Hospital Rajanpur invites bids for a comprehensive framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 through an online e-procurement system. The tender encompasses thirteen lots with a combined estimated budget of PKR 164 million, covering essential hospital supplies including medicines, surgical items, biomedical gases, laboratory kits, reagents, X-ray films, dental materials, stationery, general store items, transportation, IT equipment, bedding and linen, and surgical instruments. The contract will be valid until 30 June 2027, with possible extension for three months based on satisfactory performance evaluation by the Medical Superintendent. This framework contract aims to ensure consistent supply of critical medical and non-medical items to maintain uninterrupted hospital operations in Rajanpur, Punjab.

Bidders must possess a valid Drug Sale License of Pharmacy (Form 09) with Category A certification as per Drug Rules 2007, along with demonstrated financial soundness and good reputation in the pharmaceutical industry. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost for each lot is mandatory and must be submitted before bid opening time. The procurement will follow the PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure, with technical proposals evaluated first and financial proposals opened only for responsive and technically successful bidders. Bids submitted by hand will not be entertained.

All bids must be uploaded online well before the closing deadline of 30 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM. Bidders are strongly advised not to wait until the last moment for submission. Contract award will be determined by the highest discount offered on maximum retail prices fixed by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan or manufacturers.
