For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Framework supply contract for pharmaceutical, surgical and disposable items to a THQ hospital; PKR 4.5M annual value suggests steady, predictable demand across multiple product categories rather than one-off purchase.
Tight 10-day delivery window post-order indicates operational criticality—delays incur 2% monthly penalties. Sample submission requirement filters uncommitted bidders; quality/specification compliance is enforced. Recurring nature favors established pharmaceutical distributors with existing cold-chain and inventory management capacity.
Who can bid: Suppliers must hold current pharmaceutical/medical goods registration and authorization from relevant Pakistani regulatory body (typically DRAP for medicines). SECP/NTN registration typical for corporate entities. No PEC requirement stated. Samples of all quoted items mandatory; substandard submissions result in disqualification.
