Description / Scope of Work

Islamabad Police intends to procure furniture and fixture during the financial year 2026-27 through an open and competitive bidding process. This procurement notice is issued by the Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics), Islamabad Capital Territory Police, and invites sealed electronic bids from eligible vendors for the purchase of goods as detailed in the bidding documents available on the Islamabad Capital Territory Police EPADS Version 2.0 portal. The scope of procurement covers furniture and fixture items required for police facilities and operations across Islamabad.

All interested firms, companies, and organizations holding valid and active NTN (National Tax Number) and Sales Tax Registration Number must be registered on the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Only registered entities that are regular in paying Sales Tax and Income Tax and whose names appear in the Active Tax Payers List of the FBR may submit bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified copy of the firm's registration certificate, General Sales Tax Registration certificate, National Tax Number certificate, and bank account details. Bidders must provide bid security in the prescribed value as mentioned in the bid security section, which may be submitted as a Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. The Single Stage Two Envelope method (Quality and Cost Based Selection) will be used in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.

The electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and essential requirements are available on EPADS Version 2.0, where registration is mandatory for all interested bidders. Electronic bids prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS Version 2.0 by 11:00 AM on Friday, July 31, 2026, with bids to be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS. Manually submitted bids will not be accepted.
