Procurement of Tools and Equipment for Civil Technologies TVET Construction Project

GIZ invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of tools and equipment under the Civil Technologies (LOT D1-03) for the TVET G-230 Construction Project in Pakistan. The procurement comprises three separate lots: LOT-01 Laboratory Equipment, LOT-02 Engineering Equipment, and LOT-03 Furniture. This is a federal-level procurement initiative supporting the German Government's objectives in international cooperation for sustainable development. Bidders must be eligible according to GIZ procurement guidelines and should obtain complete bidding documents by contacting the Procurement Section via email at giz-pakistan-procurement@giz.de by 22 July 2026, with documents to be shared electronically on 23 July 2026. Eligible bidders must meet GIZ qualification requirements and submit separate sealed bids for each lot with clear reference to the lot number and BANF number. Bid security requirements and technical specifications will be detailed in the bidding documents provided by GIZ. All submissions must comply with the procedural guidelines outlined in the procurement documents.

Sealed bids must arrive at the address specified in the bidding documents no later than 12 August 2026. Bids should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes for each LOT, clearly mentioning the reference number and relevant details. Bidders are advised to retain the bidding documents for reference and ensure all submissions meet the stipulated requirements.
