Description / Scope of Work
Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP), Lahore, invites sealed bids on a single-stage one-envelope basis for the procurement of stationery items. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 11th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual or hard copy submissions through courier will not be entertained. Bid documents will be opened on 28th July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the ECSP Head Office in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidding documents are immediately available after publication, with ECSP not liable for any costs incurred by bidders. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons, and all conditional bids are liable to rejection.
