Procurement of Stationery Items by Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab

Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP), Lahore, invites sealed bids on a single-stage one-envelope basis for the procurement of stationery items. The tender is open to eligible bidders registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments. The estimated bid value is Rs. 200,000/- and bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eop.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. This is a straightforward supply contract for various stationery items required by the organization based in Punjab.

Eligible bidders must be firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers engaged in providing stationery supplies. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 200,000/- in the original form, which shall be delivered to the ECSP Head Office at 83 A/E-1, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Block E-1 Gulberg III, Lahore before the bid opening date and time. Bidders are required to submit encrypted e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Regulation 6(4)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 under the single-stage one-envelope procedure.

Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 11th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual or hard copy submissions through courier will not be entertained. Bid documents will be opened on 28th July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the ECSP Head Office in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidding documents are immediately available after publication, with ECSP not liable for any costs incurred by bidders. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons, and all conditional bids are liable to rejection.
