NIH seeks annual stationary supplies through a competitive tender with September 2026 closing.
This is a recurring procurement suggesting ongoing supply relationship potential. The single-stage LCBS approach prioritises cost competitiveness; bidders must secure EPADS registration and provide bid security. Scope spans multiple stationary categories per item specifications listed in documents. Tight 30-day submission window from release may affect preparation time for new suppliers.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 before submission. Typically, suppliers of goods in Pakistan must hold valid NTN (National Tax Number) and be registered with the relevant sales tax authority. Foreign bidders may be eligible if permitted under procurement rules. Specific vendor qualification criteria are detailed in the Eligibility Criteria section of the bidding documents.
