Security Services for PTA Zonal Office Multan

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority invites bids for the hiring of security services for its Zonal Office in Multan, Punjab. This tender is issued under tender number PTA/EnFMTN/25/2025 through the EPADS 2.0 e-procurement platform. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS 2.0 are invited to submit proposals for the provision of non-consultancy security services. The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Principal Method of Procurement with Open Competitive Bidding, following the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All bidding shall comply with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and any regulations or instructions issued by the Authority from time to time.

All eligible bidders registered on EPADS 2.0 may participate in this procurement. Bidders must obtain complete bid documents containing detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, and bid security requirements. The bid documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before August 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM, and manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
