Description / Scope of Work
The Divisional Director, Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal, Multan Division invites electronic bids for the hiring of security services comprising 22 security guards across multiple social welfare institutions in Multan Division, Punjab for the financial year 2026-2027. The scope covers provision of security personnel for seven locations including Shelter Homes in Multan, Vehari, Khanewal, and Lodhran; Old Age Home in Multan; Women Transitional Home in Ameerabad; and a Drug Rehabilitation Centre on Matti Road, Multan. The total estimated cost for the contract is Rs. 1,08,90,000 including all applicable taxes, representing a medium-scale service procurement for social welfare institutions across the Multan division.
Eligible bidders must be registered security companies with prior experience in provision of relevant security services and registration with competent authorities. Bid security of 3% of the total estimated cost (Rs. 3,26,700) is required in the form of CDR, bankers cheque, or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank, payable to the Divisional Director. The original bid security instrument must be physically delivered to the Office of the Divisional Director at Social Welfare Complex MDA Chowk Multan prior to the bid submission deadline, with a scanned copy sent to the email address m.sajjadaraiyn@gmail.com.

Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement platform by 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM.
