For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a low-value, recurring annual service contract restricted to local chemists physically based in Kotchnadna/Kalabagh, effectively excluding outside pharmacies and limiting competition to a handful of eligible small businesses. The rebate-on-MRP FCS model means margins are thin and revenue depends on actual medicine consumption volume at the WAPDA medical room, making this suitable only for an established local chemist with existing WAPDA employee relationships rather than a new entrant.
Who can bid: Bidders must be local chemists of Kotchnadna/Kalabagh registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, present on FBR's Active Taxpayers List, and registered on PPRA e-pads. Typically such medical supply contracts also require a valid drug sale license and pharmacy registration, though not explicitly stated here.
