Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Livestock Extension KPK invites tenders for procurement of veterinary vaccines through a competitive bidding process. The Procurement Cell of Directorate General (L&D) Peshawar issues this notice on behalf of the Veterinary Vaccines through PPBS) that required manufacturers to submit bids sealed envelopes. The primary objective is to secure high-quality vaccine supplies across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region to support livestock health and disease prevention programs. Development (L&D) Peshawar will manage the procurement, with bids to be submitted by the advertised closing date. The single envelope system employs Pre-qualification Documen and EPBS bidders must follow all govern regulations and administrative procedures set by the Procurement Cell. A pre-bid meeting will be held to clarify bidder questions and provide technical guidance.
Eligibility requires that bidders be registered pharmaceutical or veterinary vaccine manufacturers meeting Government of Pakistan standards. Bidders must possess valid business registration from SECP or relevant authority, current NTN certificate, and complete audited financial statements demonstrating capacity. Bid security shall be submitted as per the notice requirements and must accompany the technical proposal. The Procurement Cell will verify compliance with all mandatory documentation before evaluation. Bidders should ensure all certificates and licenses are current and valid throughout the tender period.
