For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual framework/rate contract for general office goods and consumables, likely low-margin but steady-volume work for suppliers already registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. The strict all-or-nothing bidding for total quantity favors larger suppliers with broad stock ranges over niche vendors. The tight 7-day delivery window with a 2% monthly late penalty demands strong local stock or supply chain readiness in Hafizabad. Bid security must be lodged electronically only, so bidders unfamiliar with the e-procurement system's financial module should prepare in advance.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with GST, Income Tax, PPRA and the Punjab e-Procurement System. No PEC category is applicable since this is a goods supply contract, not construction. Typically, firms also need valid NTN and business registration documents to qualify for such general goods framework contracts.
