For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual rate/framework contract for hematology analyzer reagents and equipment placement, typical for public hospital lab procurement where suppliers place instruments free and earn through reagent consumption over the year. Suppliers of diagnostic equipment and reagents, including local distributors of hematology analyzers, should note the strict anti-overpricing undertaking clause requiring refunds if prices exceed those charged elsewhere, which increases compliance risk and requires careful price benchmarking before bidding.
Who can bid: Bidders must not be blacklisted or defaulters with PESSI/PPRA in Punjab within two years, and must hold Sales Tax Registration and NTN. Typically, medical equipment suppliers also require drug/medical device registration, an authorized dealership certificate from the manufacturer, and past supply experience to government hospitals.
