For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual framework contract covering a wide mix of goods categories (stationery, IT equipment, furniture, plant & machinery, general store items), suggesting the department seeks empanelled suppliers rather than a single one-off supply. The dual submission requirement — online bid plus physical bid security delivery — adds procedural risk for bidders unfamiliar with Punjab's e-procurement portal, and firms should confirm portal registration well ahead of the closing date to avoid last-minute upload failures.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify PEC or sector-specific licensing but requires registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders typically need NTN, GST/sales tax registration, and firm/company registration documents; general store and IT equipment suppliers typically require relevant trade licenses and manufacturer authorization where applicable.
