For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual framework contract split into three pharmaceutical supply lots, ideal for established pharmacy chains rather than one-off suppliers. The dialysis medicine lot ties into a provincial CM initiative, suggesting steady, priority-funded demand. The Zakat lot is small (0.9M) and may attract less competition. Since procurement is EP-portal only with strict bid security and licensing rules, unregistered or non-EP-enabled vendors will be disqualified regardless of pricing.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold a valid Retail Drug Sale License on Form 9 and be registered with relevant tax authorities (NTN/sales tax). Typically, SECP or firm registration and an active EP portal account are also required for participation, along with submission of the prescribed bid security per lot.
