For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual hospital linen supply contract, likely of moderate value given it covers general store linen for a single cardiac hospital rather than a multi-facility network. Bidders should note the dual naming inconsistency between Jinnah Institute of Cardiology and Punjab Institute of Cardiology in the document, which may need clarification before bidding. The 2% bid security and requirement for both technical and financial brand-name quoting suggest a moderately structured evaluation; local textile suppliers and hospital linen traders with e-PADS registration are best positioned to compete.
Who can bid: Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents, or sole importers registered on e-PADS along with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (e.g. NTN, sales tax registration). Typically for such general store/linen supply tenders, firm registration with FBR and possibly a valid trading license would also be expected, though not explicitly detailed beyond tax and e-PADS registration.
