For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual rate-contract style tender for routine hospital consumables spanning multiple trades (electric, building, HVAC, plumbing, crockery), suggesting multiple lots rather than a single large-value award. Suppliers able to bid on specific trade categories may have an edge over general traders. The 2% bid security and brand-name quoting requirement mean bidders should prepare detailed item-wise technical specs and be ready to lock in pricing for a 180-day validity period, which is longer than typical, indicating price risk over that window.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents or sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading, registered on e-PADS along with relevant registration and tax authorities. Typically NTN, sales tax registration and trade-specific licenses (electrical, plumbing, HVAC contractor registration) would also be expected for such general store and maintenance supply contracts.
