Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab (BOP), through its Centralized Procurement Department at Head Office Lahore, invites bids for the supply and delivery of Toners and Ribbons as detailed in Schedule-A (Technical Criteria/Mandatory Requirement) and Price Schedules covering five separate Lots (Lot 1 to Lot 5). Bidding documents, Schedule-A and the Price Schedules for all Lots are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, where bids must be uploaded electronically on or before 06.08.2026 by 11:00 am, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 am. For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a multi-lot recurring-type consumables tender split into five separate lots ranging from roughly Rs. 540,000 to Rs. 4.65 million in estimated value, allowing smaller suppliers to bid competitively on lower-value lots rather than the entire package. Since bid security is calculated per lot, bidders can selectively target lots matching their inventory and financial capacity. The delivery location is fixed at BACHS Lahore, which may add logistics cost for out-of-city suppliers, and the 90-day price validity requires careful cost planning given currency and import-linked toner pricing volatility.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify PEC or SECP registration explicitly; however, suppliers of toners and ribbons for banking institutions typically require NTN/GST registration, an active status with FBR, and relevant trading/supplier registration to participate in Punjab e-Procurement System bidding.
