Four-lot procurement of office and IT supplies by a federal ministry department.
Bidders face a mandatory Rs. 5,000 non-refundable document fee and EPADS 2.0 registration requirement, creating entry barriers. The August 2026 submission deadline allows reasonable preparation time. Lots are separable, permitting partial participation. Stock items (stationery, hardware, toners) suggest ongoing consumables demand rather than one-off capital purchase, indicating potential for repeat orders or framework arrangements. Competitive national bidding suggests moderate to large-scale requirements typical of federal office operations.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 with valid National Tax Numbers and Active Taxpayer List status from the Federal Board of Revenue. Original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers are eligible. Firms must satisfy Public Procurement Rules 2004 criteria. Purchase of bid documents (Rs. 5,000) is mandatory; non-payment disqualifies bids.
