Description / Scope of Work
The University of Turbat, operating under the Director Procurement (Finance), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods required for computer lab upgradation at the main campus in Balochistan. This is a national-level procurement advertised through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) under reference P98050, with funds reserved for the financial year 2026-27. The project aims to enhance computing facilities at the university's primary campus location, supporting educational and research activities through modernized equipment and infrastructure.
Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in this single-stage, one-envelope procurement process, which uses the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call at deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows standard government guidelines and regulatory frameworks issued by the relevant authority.

E-bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
