Event Management Firm Hiring for FY 2026-27 by Punjab Education Foundation

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), an autonomous organization established under the Government of Punjab for promotion of quality education through public private partnership, invites sealed bids on a Framework Contract basis for hiring the services of Event Management Firm(s) for FY 2026-27. The procurement covers seven lots across Punjab: Venue Hall with Seating Arrangements (Rs. 7,322,400), Canopy and Seating Arrangements (Rs. 7,764,800), Portable Marquee (Rs. 13,340,000), Rental Furniture Misc Items (Rs. 7,000,000), Stage and other Allied Arrangements (Rs. 4,000,000), Food along with Catering Services (Rs. 50,000,000) and Accommodation (Rs. 10,000,000), with services required anywhere in Punjab under Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rule 38(2)(a).

Bidders must be firms, companies or sole proprietors/general order suppliers engaged in trading, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) system. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value is required for each lot, varying from Rs.80,000/- to Rs.1,000,000/- depending on the lot selected, and must be submitted in the prescribed form through the Punjab e-Procurement system. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided, and bids must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days from the submission date.

Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System, with original bid security in a sealed envelope delivered to the Dak Section of Punjab Education Foundation, 52-L, Gulberg-III near Kalma Chowk, Lahore, by 2:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 p.m. at the PEF office in the presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend.
