Military Farm Group Okara, operating under the Military Dairy Factory, is conducting a public auction of three Hino Chassis FF-HK-173 Milk Tanker vehicles, Model 1988. The auction will be held on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Military Dairy Factory premises in Okara, Punjab. The vehicles will be sold on an as-is, where-is basis without any warranty or recourse. This represents a one-time disposal of surplus dairy transport equipment from military agricultural operations in the region.
Successful bidders must submit one quarter (1/4) of the bid amount as earnest money on the spot following acceptance of their offer. The remaining three-quarters of the purchase price must be remitted within ten days of formal approval of the auction. All applicable taxes and government levies will be charged in accordance with prevailing government regulations and applicable tax laws.
Vehicles are available for inspection during official office hours at the Military Dairy Factory, Okara, before the auction date. Detailed specifications can be obtained from the facility on any working day. The authorized officer reserves the right to cancel the auction or reject any bid without assigning reason. Final approval is subject to the approval of Army Vehicles and Equipment Directorate, General Headquarters, Rawalpindi. If the auction cannot be held on August 3, 2026, it will be rescheduled for August 10, 2026, and if necessary, further postponed to August 17, 2026.
