For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NEPRA is auctioning a single 2015 Toyota Fortuner (2700cc) with registration GAA-919. The Rs. 50,000 bid security requirement suggests an estimated reserve price of several hundred thousand rupees. Key constraint: winning bidder must complete payment and tax deposits within 3 days and secure vehicle transfer within 15 days. The short payment and transfer windows require bidders to have immediate access to funds and documentation processing capacity. This is a one-off asset sale rather than a service contract.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify eligibility restrictions. Typically, vehicle auction bidders are required to hold valid CNICs and Pakistani tax registration (NTN); foreign nationals may face restrictions depending on NEPRA policy. No specific business registration category is mentioned.
