Cancer Patients Welfare Society (CPWS) at its Gujranwala facility (GINUM) invites sealed tenders for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a 200kWp on-grid solar photovoltaic system with net metering and billing capabilities under engineering procurement and construction (EPC) basis. The delivery period for the completed system shall not exceed 30 days from the supply order, with payment structured as 50% upon delivery and inspection of major equipment, 30% upon successful energization and commissioning, 10% upon net metering activation, and 10% upon completion of the two-year comprehensive warranty period. The bidder must provide a comprehensive warranty of two years after award of completion certificate and is responsible for all packing, transit risk, and in-site sample approvals.
