Spares and Equipment Procurement by 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt

304 Spares Depot Electrical Mechanical Engineers, Khanewal Cantt invites sealed tenders for the procurement of spares and equipment as detailed in Annexure A. This single-stage two-envelope tender inquiry follows PPRA Rule 36(b) procedures and seeks brand new stores of specified countries of origin. The scope includes machinery, equipment and capacity-building items requiring installation, training, commissioning, software updates and comprehensive literature including part catalogues, user manuals and repair manuals. Interested firms must collect detailed itemized lists from the Local Purchase Officer at the depot located in Khanewal Cantt, Punjab.

Eligibility is restricted to GHQ security-cleared firms registered with the defence organisation or other authorised Defence Organisations. Suppliers must provide company documents, financial capability evidence (bank statements covering the last year), proof of firm status (manufacturer, stockist, importer, trader, dealer, distributor or agent), and original documentation including copy of agency agreements from principals for imported items. NTN registration, Sales Tax registration and FBR documents must be attached. For filter supplies, only ITD-approved firms or manufacturers with ITD-tested samples are eligible. Bid security of 0.5 million rupees must be submitted as a call deposit receipt in the name of Commandant 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt. Firms with pending deliveries from previous financial years are ineligible.

Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes before 11:00 hours on 4 August 2026, with technical offers opened at 11:30 hours the same day. Technical offers must include two hard copies and soft copies on CD in PDF format, comprising proforma invoices, 100% applicability certificates, trader links to manufacturers and principals, firm registration proof, technical specifications, contact details and delivery timelines. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani rupees inclusive of GST, income tax and duty tax.
