304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt, a defence procurement authority based in Punjab, invites sealed tender offers for the supply of various electrical and mechanical spares and equipment as detailed in Annexure A. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b). Firms must submit technical offers in separate sealed envelopes containing 2 copies in both hard and soft copy format on CD, along with commercial offers in a second envelope containing 1 copy in both formats. Firms with pending deliveries from previous financial years are ineligible. Mandatory documentation includes company registration certificates, NTN and sales tax certificates, financial capability letters, bank statements, CNIC of managing director, proforma invoices with part numbers and drawings, and proof of agency agreements from OEM/OPM principals.
