Electrical and Mechanical Spares Supply by 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt

304 Spares Depot Electrical Mechanical Engineers, Khanewal Cantt invites sealed tenders for the supply of various electrical and mechanical spares as detailed in Annexure A. The procurement is conducted under PPRA Single Stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Interested firms must obtain the detailed itemized list from the Local Purchase Officer at the depot office in Khanewal Cantt, Punjab. Firms are required to bring blank CDs for collection of tender documents. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all government taxes including GST, income tax, and duty tax, and all items must be brand new from the specified country of origin.

Eligibility is restricted to GHQ security-cleared firms registered with 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt or other Defence Organizations. Firms not yet registered must complete registration within ten days of tender opening. A bid security of PKR 0.5 million must be submitted as a CDR in the name of the Commandant. Bidders with pending deliveries from previous financial years are ineligible. Only ITD Directorate and HIT-approved brands may be quoted in the indigenous category. All quotations must include firm registration certificates, financial capability statements, proforma invoices with part numbers, technical brochures, trader links to manufacturers, and agency agreements for imported items. Advance samples may be required and must be approved by the Technical Oversight Board before bulk delivery.

Detailed technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes marked accordingly, with two copies of technical offer (hard and soft copy on CD) and one copy of commercial offer (hard and soft copy on CD). Quotations must be deposited in the tender box before 11:00 hours on 04 August 2026. Technical offers will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date.
