The Communication and Work Department, Highway Division Kohat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with PEC through the E-PADS system for multiple infrastructure packages under single stage two envelope procurement procedure in accordance with KPPRA rules 2014. The tender encompasses construction and rehabilitation of main roads, PCC roads, causeways and drainage infrastructure across Kohat district and adjoining areas. Total estimated cost across all packages ranges from Rs 17.80 million to Rs 175.209 million, with works including widening of BT roads in Kurram and Kohat districts, construction of Shaukat Talab PCC road, rehabilitation of roads at Bahawalagar and Ghari Doult Shah, PCC streets and causeways at multiple locations including Tehsil Gumbat, Togh-I and Bazid Khel, and widening of Jawaki to Guzdarra main road under the District Development Plan and ADP No. 201653.
Bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category and hold valid KPPRA registration under the Finance Act 2013. Bidding entry fee of 0.03 percent of tender cost is required and non-refundable. Bid security amounts vary by package from Rs 3,140 to Rs 52,563, and bidders must submit financial and technical proposals through E-PADS portal while original bid securities are to be submitted in hard form to the Executive Engineer's office before closing time. An affidavit confirming bid security and additional documentation as per KPPRA norms is mandatory.

Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on E-PADS, with hard copy securities submitted to the office of Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Kohat. Last date of submission is 13 August 2025 at 12:00 noon, with technical bid opening on the same date at 12:30 PM. Pre-bid meeting for floated works is scheduled for 10 August 2025. All bidders must comply with KPPRA regulations, PEC guidelines and standard bidding documents.
