For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a recurring annual tender for supply of livestock feed ingredients to three government research and veterinary institutions across KPK. The estimated scale is medium, with three separate commodity categories (straw, silage, compound feed) and relatively modest bid security amounts suggesting moderate contract values. The tender follows a single-stage e-procurement procedure with tight timelines between pre-bid meeting (30 July) and submission (11 August). Bidders must be FBR-registered and hold clean tax and litigation records; there is no apparent geographic or firm-size restriction. Supply obligation extends through June 2027, making this a recurring arrangement rather than one-off purchase.
Who can bid: Suppliers must be registered with FBR as active income tax payers with valid GST registration. Trade and professional tax certificates in the relevant category are compulsory. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government organization and must have no outstanding litigation with government departments. Firms must provide CNIC of owner, authorization letter for representatives, and valid contact details (landline, mobile, email). Typically, animal feed suppliers should also meet quality standards set by recognized laboratories such as Center of Animal Nutrition or similar nationally recognized bodies.
