For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a small-scale procurement of miscellaneous slings and tools (20 items) with a 23-day closing window.
The requirement for Sales Tax registration and dual documentation (tender fee plus bid security totalling Rs. 52,500) may deter smaller, unregistered vendors. Sample submission after award suggests quality verification is critical. Payment is 100% post-delivery. The tight deadline and dual-envelope format indicate a routine, procedurally rigid procurement process. Delivery is free to site, reducing supplier margin pressure.
Who can bid: Suppliers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and furnish valid Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. State-owned organisations are exempt from bid security requirements. Typically, bidders should hold valid NTN and relevant trade registration. No PEC category applies as this is goods procurement, not construction.
