Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of computer items during the financial year 2026-2027. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding process governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents or sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered on the e-PADS portal with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments or Authorities. Bidders are required to provide 2% bid security of the estimated cost of quoted items in the form of bank draft, bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, demand draft, pay order or banker's cheque submitted with the technical proposal. The original bid security must be submitted on or before the time of e-bid opening at the Purchase Section. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening of bids.
Electronic bids must be submitted online on or before 03 August 2026 at 10:30 am on the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Purchase Section, Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore. Hard copies of e-bids are not required.
