Bank Branch Opening on BOT Basis at UET Narowal Campus

University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore invites bids from AA+ schedule banks for opening a new bank branch at its Narowal Campus on Build Operate Transfer (BOT) basis with space provided on rent. The project is located at UET Narowal Campus in Punjab province. The minimum acceptable monthly rent is fixed at Rs. 100,000 (Rupees One Hundred Thousand only), and any bid offering rent lower than this threshold shall be considered non-responsive and rejected. The university seeks to establish banking services for the campus community through a professional partnership with an established financial institution.

Eligibility is restricted to AA+ schedule banks as defined by the State Bank of Pakistan. Interested banks must submit technically and financially separate proposals in a single stage two-envelope format. Bidders are required to provide an affidavit or undertaking on stamp paper along with technical and financial proposals. The bidding documents must include a technical proposal covering letter, financial proposal form, and price schedule as specified in the tender documents. Standard bid security requirements and compliance with all evaluation criteria are mandatory.

Bids must be submitted by August 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., after which no submissions shall be accepted. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Hall adjacent to the Vice Chancellor's Office at UET Lahore Narowal Campus, conducted by the Central Procurement Cell.
