Specialized uniform supply contract for 100 special education students, covering four components (boys/girls uniforms, shoes, winter jerseys) across two seasons.
Estimated value PKR 1.5 million. Tight timeline: 30-day delivery after order issuance with 10-day measurement window; delays incur late charges and bid forfeiture. Mandatory textile testing at accredited lab at bidder's expense adds compliance burden. Recurring annual opportunity if performance meets standards. Requires active tax and GST registration plus performance guarantee. Not commodity-based—quality and customization are critical success factors.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold active Income Tax registration, GST certificate, PRA registration, and E-Procurement portal registration as per PPRA Rules 2014. PST tax returns and proof for FY 2025–2026 are mandatory. Firms must not be blacklisted by any government department and must submit affidavit confirming no litigation. Typically, uniform suppliers require textile/garment manufacturing capability or authorized distributor status, though this is not explicitly stated.
