Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), located in Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing valid NTN certificates for the maintenance of ARDIC Internal Sharing Server on a fixed-price basis. The contract is for a three-month period following signature of the contract. This is a service maintenance contract issued under PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules, with tender reference IT-7526 and bid number 5652/IT-7526/ARDIC/FOR(B)/SCMD dated 17 July 2026. The scope of work includes all activities specified in Appendix A to Annexure A of the bidding document, with detailed technical specifications provided in Annexure G.
Bidders must be registered with relevant government or semi-government organizations and hold current Sales Tax registration and NTN certificates. Eligible firms should demonstrate three years of recent experience with government or semi-government contracts and provide audited financial statements for the last three financial years. A postal order of Rs. 2,000 must accompany the technical bid. Bidders must also furnish an oath-attested certificate on judicial paper worth Rs. 100 confirming they are neither defaulters nor blacklisted by any government agency. A Certificate of Eligibility and Integrity Pact signature are mandatory. Pre-qualification or indexation letters from HIT, along with trade links to original equipment manufacturers (if applicable), strengthen candidacy.

Sealed bids in two envelopes (technical and financial) must be submitted to the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila, by 26 August 2026 at 10:30 hours. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:00 hours.
