For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
HIT seeks a specialized IT services firm to maintain its ARDIC internal server infrastructure for three months—a focused, technical engagement rather than broad systems support.
The fixed-price model suggests HIT has well-defined scope; bidders should scrutinize Annexure G specifications carefully to avoid margin compression. This is a single contract cycle, not recurring, which limits relationship value but offers quick execution and payment certainty. The tight August deadline (issued mid-July for late-August close) suggests HIT has urgent operational needs; firms with prior HIT experience or OEM relationships will compete strongly.
Who can bid: Applicants must hold current NTN and Sales Tax registration; SECP registration status not explicitly stated but typically required for service providers. Three years' documented experience with government/semi-government contracts mandatory. Pre-qualification letters from HIT and OEM trade links preferred but not explicitly mandatory. Must furnish audited financials (3 years), integrity oath on judicial paper, and Certificate of Eligibility.
