For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a three-lot pre-qualification tender for ongoing maintenance and repair services across office equipment, IT infrastructure, software support, and vehicle fleet.
The scale appears medium to large given the comprehensive scope spanning furniture, machinery, IT equipment, vehicle maintenance and emergency breakdowns. Notable: pre-qualification framework suggests annual or recurring contracts; tight 16-day bidding window; mandatory ATL registration and Rs 2,000 document fee indicate serious bidders only; LOT-III's 'within city limits' vehicle service may imply Islamabad-based service expectations.
Who can bid: Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold a valid National Tax Number, and be on FBR's Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Applicants must comply with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Typically, service providers for this category must demonstrate experience in relevant repair and maintenance sectors and maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
