Framework contract for stationery, printing, contingent items and repairs by District Health Officer KPK

District Health Officer, Dera Ismail Khan invites sealed bids under Framework Contract for the supply of seven categories of regular items in light of rule 6(2)(a) 'Single Stage One Envelope' procedure of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. The procurement covers stationery items, printing items, contingent items, repair of machinery and equipment and furniture, laboratory chemicals and dental items, general items, and bedding clothing. All bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The tender is published through EPADS, the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System, with a bid security requirement of PKR 1,00,000 per category. Each category carries a minimum security deposit of one hundred thousand rupees, and interested bidders may participate in all seven categories or select specific categories of their choice, provided they quote rates for all items within each selected category.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority Act 2022. Bidders are required to submit bid security in original form as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of District Health Officer, Dera Ismail Khan. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by uploading scanned copies of bid documents along with mandatory attachments and bid security documentation. Physical submissions by hand, post, courier, email or fax are not accepted. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per the provisions of Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.

Interested bidders must register with EPADS to obtain unique login credentials. The deadline for bid submission is 12th August 2026 at 12:30 PM (Thursday), with bid opening on the same date at 12:30 PM through the EPADS portal. All relevant and mandatory documents must be uploaded along with bids on EPADS; no hard copy submission is required. Bidders are strongly advised to register early and review all tender conditions before submission.
