For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a straightforward asset disposal tender for six used vehicles of varying ages and specifications located across Karachi, Larkana, and Tando Muhammad Khan. The MG 2021 is the newest asset; the remainder are 2017 models. The as-is-where-is condition and geographic spread suggest modest valuations. The tender appears one-off in nature rather than recurring. Key consideration: successful bidders must fund all registration transfer and tax payments themselves, increasing effective acquisition cost. Participation barriers are low; no PEC grade or specialized licensing appears mandated.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify eligibility restrictions. Typically for asset sales by educational institutions, any individual or registered firm may bid; however, successful purchasers must hold valid NADRA/CNIC (individuals) or SECP registration (firms), and be capable of bearing all transfer taxes and vehicle registration costs.
