Independence Day Celebration Branding, Illumination and Sweet Distribution by General Bus Stand Multan

The General Bus Stand (B-Class) Multan, operating under the Office of the Administrator, invites online bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the execution of three distinct works packages related to the 80th Independence Day Celebration scheduled for 14th August 2026 in Multan. The total estimated project cost is PKR 2.5 million. Work package one comprises branding and decoration arrangements for Independence Day on AC buses, wagons and Hi-Roof stands with an estimated cost of PKR 1,270,000. Work package two involves complete illumination of the AC terminal building's four sides and Panah Gah with installation of three SMD lights, estimated at PKR 965,000. Work package three covers distribution of sweets on 14th August 2026, valued at PKR 265,000. All works are to be executed at the AC Terminal Building, Vehari Road, Near Underpass, Multan.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Prospective contractors and suppliers are required to submit earnest money in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank at 5% of the estimated cost. If the lowest bidder's rates equal or fall below 5% of the estimated cost, additional performance security of 5% or more must be deposited within 15 days of notice issuance under Rule 9(d) and Rule 10 of the PLG (Works) Rules, 2017. Original CDR documents must be produced to the Tender Opening Committee, with company letterhead, at least 30 minutes before bid closing time. Bids submitted without earnest money or accompanied by fake or unsigned CDR will be cancelled, and bidders who upload bids without submitting original CDR before closing time may be recommended for blacklisting by PPRA Punjab.

Online bid submission closes on 05-08-2026 at 12:00 PM with opening scheduled for 12:30 PM the same day at the District Council Multan office in the presence of available contractors or authorized representatives.
