This is an open pre-qualification notice for a panel of repair and maintenance vendors across seven service categories (vehicles, hardware, IT, machinery, furniture, software, building, parks). The Ministry seeks multi-category or specialist firms with local Islamabad/Rawalpindi infrastructure, genuine parts sourcing capability, warranty obligations and emergency response capacity. Scale appears medium to large given the breadth of services; bidders must commit to odd-hours availability and warrantied work. The Rs. 150,000 call deposit is refundable, standard for government panel pre-qualification. Successful bidders can expect recurring work orders throughout the financial year rather than a single contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold GST Registration and National Tax Number (NTN). They must maintain their own workshop/setup in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for one or more service categories. An affidavit is required confirming no prior blacklisting by any government entity. Typically, firms bidding for multiple categories (vehicles, IT, machinery, etc.) should have demonstrated technical competence and spare parts sourcing in those fields, though the notice does not specify PEC grades or technical certifications.
