Open Framework Agreements for Repair, Maintenance and Procurement Services

The Federal Shariat Court, located in Islamabad, invites sealed prequalification applications from NTN and GST registered firms and vendors for establishment of open framework agreements valid for three years. The tender covers repair, maintenance and common-use procurement services across six categories: Information Technology Equipment Repair and Maintenance, Plant Machinery and Electrical Equipment Repair and Maintenance, Furniture and Fixtures Repair Maintenance and Fabrication, Civil Electrical and General Repair and Maintenance Works, Official Vehicles Repair and Maintenance, and Common-Use Office Items and Store Requirements. The framework agreement will serve the Principal Seat in Islamabad and bench registries located at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta. Firms may apply for one or more categories evaluated independently, with additional consideration given to applicants possessing established offices at bench registry locations.

Eligible applicants must hold valid NTN and GST registration certificates. Each application must be accompanied by earnest money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a pay order, bank draft or call deposit receipt in favour of the Designated Drawing Officer, Federal Shariat Court, remaining valid for the entire three-year framework period. The prequalification document is available for free download from www.ppra.gov.pk and www.federalshariatcourt.gov.pk, or as a hard copy from the Cash Branch during office hours for Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable).

Sealed applications must reach the Procuring Agency office before the deadline specified in the Procurement Data Sheet. Public opening of applications will occur at the date, time and venue detailed in the Procurement Data Sheet in the presence of attending applicant representatives. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all applications prior to acceptance under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 without assigning reasons. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified and is accessible via the Federal Shariat Court and PPRA websites.

This is a three-year recurring framework agreement spanning six maintenance and procurement service categories across five cities (Islamabad plus four provincial bench offices). Scale appears medium to large given multi-location scope. Notable advantages exist for bidders already established at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar or Quetta. The tender requires NTN and GST compliance and substantial earnest money commitment (Rs. 50,000).
