Supply of Stationery, Miscellaneous Items and Toners by Ministry of Industries & Production

The Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, is inviting sealed tenders for the supply of stationery, miscellaneous items, and toner cartridges for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is open to firms operating in Rawalpindi and Islamabad with established market presence and appropriate office infrastructure. Bidders must submit separate envelopes for each category of items: stationery, miscellaneous supplies, and toners. Prices quoted must include General Sales Tax and remain valid until 30 June 2027 with no variation allowed during the entire financial year. The successful supplier will be required to deliver items to the Ministry as and when required, with quality strictly in accordance with attached specifications.

Eligible bidders must hold valid Income Tax Number, General Sales Tax Number, Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN), and Vendor number linked with FBR and the office of Controller General of Accounts Directorate, Islamabad. Firms must possess a minimum of five years' experience in supply of relevant items, determined from the date of issue of NTN or GST Certificate. Bidders are required to submit a Call Deposit of Rs. 300,000 as refundable security in the form of pay order or bank draft; cheques are not acceptable. For toner supplies, bidders must be authorized dealers of the manufacturing company and must provide a Certificate of Authorization from the manufacturer. Samples must be presented at the time of tender opening, and successful bidder samples will be retained for quality verification throughout the contract period.

Sealed tenders must be submitted to the undersigned latest by 10 August 2026 at 10:30 a.m., with opening scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The security deposit of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after finalization of tenders, while successful bidders' security will be retained until completion of financial year 2026-27. The Ministry reserves the right to reject any supply found sub-standard and to blacklist defaulting firms. Any bidder aggrieved by procurement agency actions may lodge a written complaint within fifteen days of the bid evaluation report announcement.
